In the context of DLG’s current activity, including commercial/contractual activity, participation in fairs, exhibitions, conferences and/or other specialized events organized by DLG, involving the purchase of DLG services offered on the website, the purchase of online tickets, the registration for a free access ticket, or the subscription to the newsletter, as well as in the context of fulfilling legal obligations, we may request certain personal data.
In this respect, DLG will process, among others, the following personal data: name and surname, telephone number, home/residence address, e-mail, profession, etc.

In the mobile application the referral module may be active whereby the Partner can offer customers a benefit if they recommend the mobile application to others. On this page the application requires access to the contact list only to fill in the recommendation form. The contact list is not sent to the Administrator’s servers and is used exclusively to complete the referral form.

Pentru prelucrarea datelor în scopul comunicării directe de marketing, durata de păstrarea a datelor se va face până la retragerea consimțământului sau a dezabonării.

DLG evaluează și actualizează în mod constant măsurile de securitate implementate în scopul asigurării unei prelucrări sigure și securizate a datelor cu caracter personal.
- Drepturile persoanelor vizate
Cu privire la prelucrarea datelor dvs. cu caracter personal, aveți următoarele drepturi:

- Dreptul de a solicita restricționarea prelucrării: aveți dreptul de a obține restricționarea prelucrării în cazurile în care: (a) considerați că datele cu caracter personal prelucrate sunt inexacte, pe o perioadă care permite operatorului să verifice corectitudinea datelor cu caracter personal; (b) prelucrarea este ilegală, dar nu doriți să vă ștergem datele, ci doar să restricționăm utilizarea lor; (c) în cazul în care operatorul de date nu mai are nevoie de datele dvs. în scopurile de mai sus, dar dvs. aveți nevoie de date pentru a stabili, exercita sau apăra un drept legal, sau (d) ați obiectat împotriva prelucrării în așteptarea verificării dacă motivele legitime ale operatorului de date prevalează asupra celor ale persoanei vizate;
- Dreptul de a vă retrage consimțământul pentru prelucrare atunci când prelucrarea are loc pe bază de consimțământ, fără a afecta legalitatea prelucrării efectuate până la acel moment;
- Dreptul de a obiecta la prelucrarea datelor din motive legate de situația dvs. specifică, atunci când prelucrarea se bazează pe interes legitim, și de a obiecta în orice moment la prelucrarea datelor în scopuri directe de marketing, inclusiv stabilirea de profiluri;
- Dreptul de a nu face obiectul unei decizii bazate exclusiv pe prelucrarea automată, inclusiv stabilirea de profiluri, care produce efecte juridice care privesc persoana vizată sau o afectează în mod similar într-o măsură semnificativă;
- Dreptul la portabilitatea datelor, însemnând dreptul de a primi datele cu caracter personal pe care le-ați furnizat operatorului într-un format structurat, utilizat în mod curent și care poate fi citit automat, și dreptul de a transmite aceste date altui operator, dacă prelucrarea se bazează pe consimțământul dvs. sau conform unui contract și se efectuează prin mijloace automate;
- Dreptul de a prezenta reclamații autorității de protecție a datelor și dreptul de adresare către o instanță de judecată competentă.
